Who We Are
SAR is an independent, non-governmental, and non-profit agency established in Turkey in January 2013 (License Number: 31 021 158).
It is licensed in Syria (License Number: 3921)
Our Mission
Our mission is to plan and implement high-quality, effective humanitarian and development programs. We focus on capacity building and empowering individuals to develop their capabilities, providing them with the skills necessary to reach a decent life.
