About Us
Who We Are
The Syrian Agency for Rescue (SAR) is a non-governmental, non-profit agency established in January 2013. We are based in Turkey and operate with official license No: 31 021 158. SAR is fully independent and is committed to the principles of humanitarian action, not working for any political, partisan, or religious group.
Our Mission
Our mission is to plan and implement high-quality, effective humanitarian and development programs. We focus on capacity building and empowering individuals to develop their capabilities, providing them with the skills necessary to reach a decent life.

We envision a world in which all people enjoy social justice and the rights to survival, protection, development, and participation.
